ConNEXTions Foundation

Mike founded ConNEXTions, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit transforming the lives of youth and collegiate athletes by:

  1. Helping athletes earn college scholarships.
  2. Supporting them in graduating with degrees.
  3. Enabling them to save enough during high school and college to purchase a home after graduation.
    Key achievements:
  • 2023: Secured a multi-million-dollar deal with Red Bull for student-athlete AJ Dybansta.
  • 2024: Partnered with Robert Griffin III to expand ConNEXTions globally.
  • 2025: Launched ConNEXTions EXT, All Sports Camp USA for athletes aged

Mike’s sports leadership includes:

  • Coaching success: 3 National Titles, 7 State Championships, and 64 Tournament Championships, with over 60 players advancing to collegiate or professional levels.
  • General Manager for the Ohio Basketball Aviators, where he built teams, managed salaries, and fostered player development to propel athletes toward the NBA.
