Mike attributes his success to the foundational values instilled by his parents, Norm and Gloria: accountability, loyalty, honesty, and hard work. These principles guide his ambition to excel locally, nationally, and globally.
Above all, Mike cherishes being a father to his three daughters, Christine, Laura, and Jami, and a partner to his wife, Barbara, a talented screenwriter. His family life remains the core of his immense achievements.
I was a professional athlete who plays Quarterback in the NFL. Being a NFL Rookie of the Year award winner and Pro Bowl Quarterback is temporary but my thirst for making a positive impact in the world will last long after my playing days are over.
I was fortunate to attend the great Baylor University as a dedicated student and multi sport All-American athlete whose team helped win the only Heisman Trophy in school history. Serving on the field as a captain of the football team and off the field as a student and leader of committees like Fellowship of Christian Athletes, President’s Athletic Advisory Board and the Athletic Department’s Community Involvement Board, taught me how to manage and excel in vastly different environments.
I am passionate about motivational speaking, building businesses through team development/product development and customer engagement, finding brand sponsors to help change the world, helping you maximize your athletic ability as your performance coach, strategic marketing, increasing the mainstream application of Augmented and Virtual reality technology and Real Estate design and investing.
